                   Today the present case is taken for consideration, if any before “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan” for disposal of pending consumer cases. The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that a compromise has taken place in between the complainant and the OPs, hence, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
