On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that neither complainant nor his counsel/representative is appearing in this case for the last many dates whereas the counsel appearing on behalf of Ops No.1 & 2 tendered a statement before the Commission that he has confirmed from Sh. Jagdish Redhu Adv. Counsel so engaged by complainant with regard to appearance in this case but he has stated that he has no instructions from the complainant to appear in this case for the last many dates and requested for deciding the complaint accordingly. Case called repeatedly since morning. It is 1.00 P.M. but none bothered to appear in this case. In the interest of justice, the case file be again put up after lunch break.

                   Case called at 4.00 P.M. but this time also neither complainant nor any representative on his behalf appeared before the Commission to pursue his case, wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
