The case is posted today for filing of postal tracking report/ fresh step against O.P No.3 by complainant as last chance. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. Advocate for the O.Ps No.1 & 2 is present and files hazira along with one sheet of document. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, the O.Ps No.1 & 2 were appeared & filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 30.09.23 to till today except 16.10.23, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Further, in spite of several directions for filing of postal tracking report/ fresh step against O.P No.3, neither the complainant nor his Advocate filed the same. Hence, the case against O.P No.3 is dismissed. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute his own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
