To-day is fixed for hearing of this case. Complainant is not present. Even on the last date i.e. on 7.7.2015 she was absent. On the previous date to the last day i.e. on 17.06.2015 also complainant remained absent. All the above mentioned three dates were fixed for hearing. Due to continuous non-attendance of the complainant inference can be drawn that she is perhaps not interested to continue her proceeding. Therefore, complaint filed by her is dismissed for default of the complainant. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
