12.07.2022                Put up the case record on the strength of put up petition filed by the petitioner through his advocate as it is fixed for hearing on dt.02.08.2022. Advocate for the complainant files a petition U/O 23 R 1 read with section 151 of CPC 1908 on the ground that the petitioner wants to file a case before Grievance Redressal Forum, Burla, Dist. Sambalpur, TPWODL under Electricity Act and prayed that the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdrawal petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
