ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rohit Sharma, Counsel for complainant has been authorized to settle the complainant with OP and have received a total amount of Rs. 13,499/- (Rupees thirteen thousand four hundred and ninety nine only) from OP, as full and final settlement.  He had returned the mobile phone in question alongwith accessories to OP.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
