Complainant called absent on this posting date also,  inspite of receiving notice opposite party already set exparte.   In the circumstances we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing any oral evidence.  The documents produced along with the complaint are only unattested photocopies which cannot be acted up without examining the complainant.  Hence there is absolutely no evidence either oral or documentary.  Hence the complaint stands dismissed.
