The complainant Sri Biswanath Chakrabarti   and the Opposite party Store Manager , Voda phone Store  both are present.

               Both parties filed the petitions to compromise the case amicably.

              Heard both sides . They stated that they had reached to a settlement to compromise the case amicably and voluntarily and they prayed for disposal of the case in terms of the compromise petitions to settle for an amount of Rs.17,000/-( Rupees Seventeen thousand) only.

   We can consider the submissions and the compromise petitions. It appears that the compromise is voluntary and so it should be recorded to dispose this case in this  LOK  ADALAT on 11.12.2021.

that this case CC No. 15/2018   is disposed off in terms of the compromise petitions which do form part of this Final order.

   Let a copy of this Final order be given to the parties free of cost.
