Present:-    None for the appellants.

                   Again, notice could not be issued to respondents for want of correct address. Perusal of the record reveals that present appeal pertains to the year, 2018 and since then despite availing seven consecutive occasions correct address of respondents has not been furnished by learned counsel for the appellants for the reasons best known to him. It apparently shows that perhaps appellants are no longer interested to continue with the present appeal so keeping in view all things they way on the last date of hearing one last opportunity was given to the appellants for doing the needful, still nothing tangible has been done by learned counsel for the appellant in this regard. Even, today none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of appellants what to talk about furnishing the correct address. It is already 1:30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. It appears that appellants are not interested to pursue with the present appeal.  As such, the present appeal is hereby stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
