ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter and the counsel for the Ops No.1 to 3 has handed over a  cheque of Rs.117,222/- to the counsel for the complainant, which has been duly received by him copy retained on file.  The counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint in view of compromise arrived at between the parties. In this regard he has suffered a separate statement, extract whereof is as under:-

“That the complainant has settled all issues with the Ops and also given an application for withdrawal of police complaint before Police Station Manimajra, the complainant has no grievance against the OPs and their officials and would not file any other case against them. The OPs has paid a cheque of Rs.1,17,222/- dated 9.7.2018 and had further assured that they would pay the balance as settled in next 10 days. I accordingly withdraw the present complaint.”

 

                   In view of the above statement of the counsel for the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
