This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to declare collection of Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) and guest charges as illegal, to declare that the utility charges shall not be collected by the opposite party except otherwise than on Unit Meter @ Rs.8/- per unit, to direct the opposite party to provide facility such as Kitchennette and Registration / Membership in RCI and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost to the complainant.

On verification of records, the complainant has not filed proof affidavit to prove the contentions in the complaint for a long time.  The complainant and Counsel also absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
