This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party with regard to selling a second hand vehicle.
No representation for complainant. Inspite of several opportunities on 03.04.2024, 18.04.2024, 25.04.2024 and on 26.04.2024. Notice to opposite party not served with complaint copy. Today also passed over and called twice. However, no representation. Hence, Consumer Complaint dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
