ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.11.2024, the complainant stated that the OPs have already removed the defects in the subject product and at this stage he be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to approach this Commission in case defect occurs in future and the complaint be disposed of in the Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

          In view of the above, the present consumer complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
