Perusal of the record shows complainant is not appearing after 20.05.2022 thereafter on 15.11.2013 as well as on 01.05.2023, some clerk/counsel appeared and sought time. It was made clear to the complainant that last opportunity was granted for arguments. However, even today complainant is not present. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-appearance and non-prosecution & non-complaince.
