Final Order / Judgement

      The record is put up today. The Jdr files a ptn alongwith a cheque bearing No.980512 of Rs. 8380.27 in favour of the Dhr.

     The Dhr received the two cheques of Rs.5000.00 deposited by the Jdr on 27.02.20 and Rs.8380.27 deposited by the Jdr on 16.03.20 with full and final satisfaction. He states that he has no further claim.

      As, the Jdr has fully complied the order of the Hon’ble State Commission and the Forum, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application on full satisfaction.

Hence,

Ordered

that the Execution Application No. EA/20/2019 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction accordingly.

    No need to put up the case record on the date fixed i.e. on 07.04.2020.
