The record is put up on the prayer of the complainant.

The complainant has filed a verified petition praying for dismissing the case for non-prosecution on the ground that the case has been compromised in between them and he is not willing to proceed with the case further. The petition has been shown to the Ld. Advocate of the other side who raised no objection. Heard both sides. Perused the case record and the petition. Considered. The prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is ordered that this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.

The record need not be put up on 01.02.2022.
