The case is fixed for Admission hearing.

Perused the petition of complaint and the documents filed thereto.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant.

The is admissible from the point of territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction but the Complainant has no prima facie case to proceed against the O.P. as there is no allegation of deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act. The Complainant may seek relief before the appropriate forum.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is dismissed on Admission point.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
