            Both parties file hazira.

            Complainant/petitioner files a petition on 20/07/2022 with a prayer for recalling the evidence of PW1 Uttam Kumar Sen. The OP files a written objection today against the said petition.

 Let it be treated and registered as M.A Case No. 21/2022.

Perused the petition heard both sides considered. From the content of the petition it appears that the petition is formal one and the complainant/petitioner wants to adduce some evidence by recalling the PW1 Uttam Kumar Sen which cannot change or defer the nature of the case.

Hence, the prayer is considered and allowed the complainant/petitioner is allowed to recall evidence of the PW1 Uttam Kumar Sen.

Thus the M.A Case No. 21/2022 is thus disposed of. 

Fix. 13/10/2022 for filing further evidence of the PW1.
