The record is put-up on the prayer of the complainant. The complainant has filed a petition supported by an affidavit praying for passing necessary order so that this case may be disposed of on the grounds that the case has been settled down in between the complainant and the OPs by paying Rs. 24,780/- to the OPs and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the case record. It appears that one M.A being No. 90/2019 is still pending. Ld. Advocate for the complainant did not press the said M.A case. Accordingly, the M.A case is hereby rejected as not been pressed.

Perused the case record and the petition for disposing of the case as prayed by the complainant, as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further. However, payment of Rs.24,780/- to the OP has been made ,  as per his version there is no obstruction to dispose of the case.

Hence, it is

                                          ORDERED

that this case be and the same is hereby disposed of for non-prosecution.

The record need not be put-up on 24.05.2022.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.
