Fixed for show cause by Dhr.

Ld. Advocate for the Jdr. files his hazira.

No step is taken by Dhr.  It is now 1.15 p.m.  On repeated calls neither Dhr. nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any steps.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to belief that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this execution case.

Accordingly, this Execution Case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                         Ordered

That Execution Case no.07 of 2013 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost. Thus this Execution Case is hereby disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost if applied for.
