          The instant complaint u/S 25 & 27 of C.P.Act, 1986 has been filed by one Sasanka Sekhar Mondal, Decree Holder on 17.03.2015 herein against the Judgments Debtor for execution of final order dated 31.07.2014 passed by this Forum. It was ordered that that the case of the complainant succeeds in part without any cost in Ex parte. The complainant was directed to produce the disputed Bill and the Meter Reading Card(Exhibit-3) to the OP, SM/AE, Nabagram Gr. elec. Supply, WBSEDCL within 30 days from the date of final order and the OP was directed to check , verify and ascertain the dispute and send correct due bills for actual consumption of electric energy by the complainant/consumer within 7 days of production of such documents before him and re-connect the above line within 7 days on payment of the due accrued, failure of which both Complainant and OP shall pay @ Rs.100/- per day separately to the SCWF, WB in the Fund. No cost for mental agony/harassment against the OP is awarded.

          The Jdr has filed a report as to compliance of the final order dated 17.03.2015.

           Heard both sides. Perused the case record as well as the report.

         We find that the there is nothing to comply further by the Jdr and as such the case should be disposed of the instant Execution Application. 

Hence,

that the Execution Application No. EA/11/2015 be and the same is disposed of.

              Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
