None appears today on a close scrutiny on a materials on record. It appears that since 2017 the case is fixed for bringing latest order. But the complainant is absent since long and no step has been taken on her behalf no order has been brought from in higher Forum. Consider the circumstances and also the conduct of the parties to the case specially considering the conduct of the complainant this Commission has no other alternative but to dismissed the case for default.

            Hence, it is,

                                    that the instant Case No. 34/2012 be and the same is dismissed for default. No cost.
