ORDER

Today is fixed for admission hearing of this case. One hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant, Sk. Ekrom Hossain. On this date of admission hearing it appears that one verified petition has been filed from the side of the complainant along with his signature thereon. Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also present and moves the matter by saying that the complainant is not willing to proceed with his case further and thus complainant wants withdraw this case. Hd the complainant himself on dock. Complainant submits that at present he has no allegation against the OP, WBSEDCL as the matter in dispute has already been solved in between them out of this forum. Considering the petition of withdrawal and that of submission as made by complainant himself also the prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is ordered that the complainant is at liberty to withdraw this case without liberty to sue afresh and accordingly the instant case is disposed of.
