       Though complainant files hazira but on repeated calls upto 1.25 p.m. None appears for rhe complainant and complainant herself is found absent. O.p. no.1 files hazira. Complainant did not file show-cause.

Total scenario of this case goes to show that complainant has completely flouted the order of this commission which clearly reveals from the conduct of the complainant. So, there is no need to proceed further. Hence, instant case is dismissed for default.
