Today is fixed for final hearing. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant, the Ld. Advocate submits that they have  amicably settled the matter on the condition that the complainant is ready  to pay the disputed bill in six equal monthly installments provided after the first installment is paid, the OP shall provide reconnection to the complainant to which the Ld. Advocate for the OP agrees.

Hence, it is order the disputed amount of Rs. 24,559/- dtd. 07.11.2017 be paid in six monthly equal installments and after the first monthly installment amount of Rs. 4093.33 /- is paid. The OP shall give reconnection at once.

Hence, the case be disposed of accordingly.
