Ld. Advocates for the Complainant is present and files a petition stating interalia that the dispute as alleged / stated in this case has been settled in between the parties.  So, Complainant does not want to proceed with this case and has made prayer for dismissal of this case.

Heard.  Perused the petition and the materials on record.

It appears that the dispute as alleged in this case has been settled and Complainant does not want to proceed with this case and has made prayer for dismissal of this case.

In view of the facts & circumstances we find no impediment to dismiss this case for non-prosecution on the basis of prayer made on behalf of Complainant.

Hence, it is

That Complaint be and same is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution but without cost.

Let plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
