FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT

No step is taken by the complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

No step is taken on behalf of the O.P. in spite of service of Notice.

By the previous order dated: 21-11-2022 the complainant was directed to show cause but no show cause has been submitted by the complainant. Unless the complainant makes his appearance it is difficult for the Comission to continue the case in accordance with the law.

The complainant is perhaps not interested to proceed with the case and his big silence even after cessation of COVID 19 Pandemic and long drawn Cease-work by the Local Bar Association justifies this fact.

Hence it is ordered…….

That the case is dismissed for non prosecution without cost.

Copy of this Judgement be given to the parties free of cost.
