Complainant is found absent without step the case has been instituted by the complainant in the year 2020 and he was directed to take fresh step upon the OP, but no step has been taken by the complainant till date.

Now it is 1.20 p.m. complainant is found absent on repeated calls, so the conduct of the complainant shows that he is not interested to proceed with the further more.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 05/2020 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
