Today is fixed for taking steps.But complainant Sk Anisur Rahaman is present by identified of his ld adv as record and submits that he is not willing  to proceed further with this case as the dispute has already been settled amicably out of this commission allowed he has no grievence argument.the op WBSEDCL at present.Hd both sides ld adv also considered.Prayer is allowed as justified is the dully verified petituioner filed today by complainant.Let the case be dropped.

that as the case is withdrawn.So it is dispossed off.Let a copy of this final order be given to the parties free of cost.
