FINAL ORDER

             Samaresh Kumar Mitra, Presiding Member.

This case has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to rectify the bill for the month of May to July, 2016 from Rs. 10,826/- to Rs.763.11 and not to disconnect  the electric line of the complainant and cost of Rs.2,000/- .

By filing a petition dt. 23.09.16 along with the Xerox copy of petition of the complainant addressed to the OP, the OP/S.M, Gorabazar CCC states that the dispute has been amicably settled between the complainant and the OP. From the version of the letter of the complainant addressed to the OP, it appears that the complainant undertook to withdraw the complaint case praying four installments to clear off his dues. The said prayer has been granted by the OP.

In this situation we are of the view that we should not stand on the way of the pious wishes of the complainant. So, it should be disposed of as withdrawn.

            Hence,

                                                                      Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 119/2016 be and the same is hereby disposed of being withdrawn.

There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
