This case has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for direction upon the OP for not claiming excessive electric bill of Rs.20,211/- for the period from January’17 to March’17.
Today is fixed for personal appearance of the complainant and for admission hearing.
Today the complainant is found to be absent.
From the case record it appears that the complainant did not take any steps after filing the instant case where in all pages of the complaint petition, signatures of the complainant’s are pen through. Six opportunities were given to the complainant for admission hearing.
In this situation, we are of view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. As such the case should be disposed of being not admitted.

that the Consumer Complaint No. CC/58/2017 be and the same is hereby should be disposed of being not admitted.
There will be no order as to cost.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
