Complainants files Advocate’s hazira. 

Fixed for S/R & A/D.  It appears from the record that notice upon O.P. has been duly served but non appears no behalf of the to contest with the case.  The record shows that the Complainant filed a petition along with the Complainant praying for an interim order for restoration of the electric connection of her premises which has been sent to O.P. along with the notice but the O.P. does not appear or submit any written objection against that petition.  The O.P. is hereby directed to show-cause as to why the case shall not be proceeded. Ex-parte against him and as to why the petition for interim order shall not be heard ex-parte against him.  The Mis. Case No. 23/2018 be and same is thus disposed of. 

To 31-05-2018 for show-cause by the O.P.

A copy of this order along with the petition for interim order  be sent O.P. immediately.
