          The agent of the Opposite Party is present also files hazira. Peruse the petition dated 07-11-2013 of the Opposite Party No. 1 also peruse the material on record.

         It appears that Sri Kularanjan Kar has filed the instant complaint on 01-08-2013 against the (1) Station Manager, (2) Divisional Engineer, (3) Assistant Engineer of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, for non supply of electricity in his house inspite of payment of charge as per Quotation, Earnest money etc. in tariff scheme A(DM-R) since January, 2012 for which the Complainant prayed for an Order for new connection, cost compensation etc. to the tune of Rs. 82,000/-.

           The Opposite Parties are appeared through Ld. Advocate as agent.

    The Complainant also has been represented by virtue of Agentnama given by him, to Sri S.K. Roy Basunia, Ld. Advocate, Cooch Behar.

           The Opposite Parties have not filed any written version where as on 07-11-2013 the Ld. Agent Mr. Dhrubajyoti Karmakar has filed a petition on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 1 praying for a Final Order also disposal of the case. He has enclosed a Xerox copy of the Meter Reading Card bearing Consumer Serial No. 4000238839, Service Connection No. 400312112, date of connection 20-10-2013, Meter No. 5-30-Amp L-2721696 connected load 416 watt in favour of Sri Kularanjan Kar bearing his signature.

       Thus, considering all the above aspects we allow the petition of the Opposite Party No. 1 and dispose of the case with full satisfaction.
