            The Complainant is present through his Ld. Agent.

         The Complainant presents a verified petition duly authenticated by his agent and prays for withdrawal of the complaint with the assertion that as the O.Ps on discussion amicably undertaken to provide his service of the electric connection, he is no longer interested to proceed with this complaint.

           It is quite clear that the instant complaint could be filed with the prayer for a direction to the O.Ps for making it done so that new electric connection is given to his residential house.

          Having regard to the substance of the claim and in the light of the submission of the Complainant, we find it justified to record withdrawal of the complaint.

Hence,

          Ordered,

                   That the Complainant is allowed to withdraw from the complaint and then the complaint be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn.
