Order No.8, dated 28/11/2013.                 

                  Perused the record.

               It appears that Smt. Agamani Pal filed the instant complaint on 23/07/2013 against the Station Manager, Divisional Manager and Asstt. Engineer of W.B.S.E.D.C.L for non-supply of electricity in her house inspite of application for new connection and inspite of payment of charged as per quotation, earned money etc. Tariff Scheme-A (Dm-R) since May, 2012 for which prayed for order for new connection, compensation etc. to the amount of Rs.82,000/-.

                 The O.Ps have appeared through the Ld. Agent.

          The Complainant also has been represented by virtue of Agentnama, given by her to Sri S.K. Roy Banerjee, Ld. Adv. Cooch Behar.

     The O.Ps have not filed any W/V as called for till date 28/11/2013 whereas on 07/11/2013 the Ld. Adv., Mr. Dhrubajyoti Karmakar has filed a petition on behalf of the O.Ps praying for Final Order. He has enclosed a xerox copy of the Metre Reading Card being Consumer Serial No.4000247158, Service Connection No.400239097, date of Connection 22/10/2013 Metre No.5-30A 13-2178757, connected load 0.270 kw in favour of Agamani Pal by her signature.

                 On perusal of record we find that on 01/08/2013 the Complainant has filed an allegation against one Mr. Utpal Kr. Roy to have taken his documents on same assurance and also got her signature on papers. It also appears that on 19/11/2013 one Mr. Utpal Kr. Roy as authorized agent of the Complainant has filed a petition without even any Xerox copy of his authorization. He appears to be a tout and petition manager as he has filed the complaint against the A.D., CA&FBP, Cooch Behar Region.

                  However, considering all aspects, we allow the petition of the O.P and disposed off the case with full satisfaction.
