          The Complainant is absent on repeated calls. No step is taken. The record reveals that the Complainant is absenting himself for successive three dates.

            The Ld. Agent of the O.Ps file hazira and contend that in the circumstances on record and conduct of the Complainant and as they have already supplied the electric connection to the premises of the Complainant, the instant complaint may be disposed of.

           Since the dispute in question relating to the cause of the Complainant, the genesis of the dispute, has been resolved by endorsing connection being service connection No.400247693, dated 10/08/2013, in the name of Emazuddin Miya, the Complainant by the O.Ps and the relevant papers in that connection has been submitted on the earlier date, we find reason to hold that necessary order to be passed to dispose of the case.

Hence,

                         That the case be and the same is disposed of accordingly in the light of the observation made herein before.
