It is now 1.30 p.m. On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body for Complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

It appears that Complainant was found absent on previous dates without any step.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the C.C. no.108 of 2015 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT; but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this Order be given to the parties free of cost.
