The parties are present.

In the present case the complainant has already been settled the out of the Forum/Commission.  The OP W.B.S.E.D.C.L has reconnected the electric service connection being consumer ID No. 500236667 i.e. of the complainant.

The OP W.B.S.E.D.C.L reconnected the electric service connection of consumer ID No. 500236667. 

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                      that the CC/28/2019 be and the same is disposed of on compromise through Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction in terms of the prayer of the complainant.

 

                      Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
