            The Complainant files a verified petition for show cause.

            The petition be treated as M.A Case No.38/2019.

            Heard both sides. Objection is raised by the OP. We find that Ld. Advocate agent of the Complainant unintentionally was not taken any steps, it is only for diary mistakes and failed to appear.

            We find that cause shown for nonappearance is sufficient and accepted.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    That the show cause petition filed by the Complainant i.e. M.A Case No. 38/2019 is allowed. No cost.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

            Fixed 15/04/2019 for reply of the questionnaires by the Complainant.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
