The Complainant is present in person.
The Complainant submits that the O.P has claimed Rs.3,690/- in the bill dated 14/10/2017 which excessive. He says that the meter is stopped from 01/03/2017 but he has not yet applied for change of defective meter.
Perused the written complaint and the Xerox copy of documents submitted by the Complainant.
The Complainant has raised dispute regarding the bill dated 14/10/2017 and he has not applied before the appropriate authority to change the alleged defective meter.
It appears from the Xerox copy of the bill dated 14/10/2017 that the reading was taken on estimated basis and there was outstanding amount of Rs.3339.84/-.
The Complainant is not specific about his consumer dispute.
In our considered opinion, the allegations of the Complainant against the O.P without any valid ground, cannot be entertained.
Hence, we find valid reason to hold that the complaint case has no basis for admission before this Forum.
