The Complainant files hazira.

The record is taken up for hearing on the point of admissibility of the case.

Perused the complaint and documents.

Heard the Complainant.

It appears that a dispute cropped up between Abul Kashem Ahamed and W.B.S.E.D.C.L regarding electric bills.

Copy of the electric bills show that the meter in question stands in the name of Abul Kashem Ahamed. But the present Complainant Hamidul Islam Ahamed, S/o. said Abul Kashem Ahamed has filed the present case.

Evidently, said Abul Kashem Ahamed is still alive. So, the present Complainanthas no locus standi to file this case.

Considering over all matter into consideration, we find that the present case is not maintainable.

Hence,

          Ordered,

                        That the CC/87/2015 be and the same is dropped on the ground of non maintainability.

Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
