            Today is fixed for admission hearing of the case. The complainant is found absent. No step is taken on behalf of the complainant.

From the case record it appears that as many as 9 opportunities were   given to the Complainant to get the case admitted but the complainant is reluctant to appear before the Forum on the date of admission hearing.

In this circumstance, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to get his case admitted.

Hence,

                                                     Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 22/2016 be and the same is disposed of being not admitted.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
