The complainant filed an application and taken up for hearing in this application complainant

submits for withdrawal of the case us he is not willing to proceed further.

Perused the application

It appears that the case has been comproised with the Ops/WBSEDCL by the Complainant

of Court amicably. Complaint and his Ld. Advocates submits before us that at present no grievance is there  from Complaint's side over the disputed case matter. Head Considered and allowed.
