The Complainant stated that this case is related with exorbitant, inflated or illegal energy bills for consumption of the electricity and during the pendency of the aforesaid dispute the issued another bill dated 02-05-2017 of which outstanding amount of Rs.99,365.70 is without mentioning any period / break up thereof and the present dispute is the connected issue of the original complaint and prayed for added amended the original complain copy of the petition is served.  The O.P. stated that they have no objection.  We find that the amendment sought for is formal in nature.  Hence, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.  Therefore the Misc. Case no.05 of 2018 be and same is disposed of.
