FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT  

Order No.36

This is an application for execution of the order dated: 24-10-2013 and 16-12-2014 passed by this Commission in C.C. No.29/2013 and C.C. No.55/2014 respectively.

The Decree holder has complained of disobedience to the aforesaid orders on the part of the O.P./Judgement Debtor who has been sending electric bills in violation of both the orders.

O.P./Jdr. filed written version stating that they have duly complied with the aforesaid order of the Commission by sending minimum bill for electric charges for the disputed period as per direction of the Commission’s order but the outstanding dues of Rs.47,451.35 is being included in the aforesaid disputed bills for which the O.P./Jdr. undertakes that henceforth outstanding dues amount will not be mentioned in the bills in future.

The Decree holder could not produce any current electric bill other than the disputed bills for which O.P./Jdr. can be taken to task for raising abnormal electric bills other than actual consumption.

In view of the commitment of the O.P./Jdr. the Execution case is disposed of accordingly.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
