       Complainant is absent without step. O.ps. file hazira. Complainant did not file show-cause. It is now 2.35 p.m. Record reveals that for the last consecutive five dates complainant became absent and that apart complainant is also absent today which clearly indicates that complainant is not ready and interest to proceed further with the case and as such the instant case is liable to be dismissed accordingly. Thus, the instant case is disposed off on the ground of default.
