Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

OP files hazira through Ld. Advocate. On repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the complainant.

Perused the case record. It appears that the case was in the stage of filing evidence-on-affidavit by the complainant since long but he did not file any evidence-on-affidavit and this day he has neither taking any step nor filed any show cause. As such, the case is the case of no evidence.

Under the above circumstances, we have no alternative, but to dismiss the case.

that this case be and the same is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
