ORDER

Both parties file hazira. The petition dated 01.11.2017 filed by the complainant for permitting him to pay separate current bills to the O.P/WBSEDCL is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A No. 36/2017.

Perused the petition, complaint and other documents of the case.

Heard both sides.

The O.P has contested the application without filing any formal objection.

We find that by previous order No. 7 dated 29.06.2017 passed by the Forum the complainant has been directed to pay current bills month by month/quarterly. It is the case of the complainant that O.P refused to accept current bill separately.

However letter dt. 07.11.2017 is send to O.P/A.E & Station Manager, WBSEDCL, Illambazar shows that the complainant has been directed to deposit current bill immediately to the O.P.

So, we do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 01.11.2017 filed by the complainant for permitting him to pay separate current bills to the O.P/WBSEDCL is allowed on contest. No cost.

The complainant is directed to deposit current bill within 7days from this day and the O.P/WBSEDCL is directed to receive the same.

Thus the M.A No. 36/2017 disposed of.
