The case is placed before this UpbhoktaLokAdalatheld on 24/06/2023 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum.

                The complainant TarunMondalis present with his documents like Aadhaar Card etc. for proving his identity.

                He is harping upon on the point of withdrawal of his case as the dispute in question in between the parties has already been settled outside this Commission.

                Perused. Considered.

                This Commission is of the view that it is a fit case for disposal and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw his case with condition that he is debarred from instituting any complaint case afresh on the self same cause of action.

                Thus, the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
