                Parties are present. Hd. argument. It is clear admission of the D/Hr. that the supply of electricity has already been given to him within 30 days in terms of the speaking direction made in the order/judgement dated 29/10/2014. In this connection it is claimed by the D.Hr. that the materials supplied to the J/Dr. were not all utilise and the unused materials are required to be returned to the D.Hr.

               We have carefully considered the present grievance of the D.Hr.

                It is on record that the order has already been completed and thereafter no proceeding can be maintained.
